Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective June 25, 2026 · Privacy Policy
Money Talks is an informational personal finance tool. It helps you log, organize, estimate, and review your own financial activity from data you enter, import, or approve.
No financial advice
Money Talks does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, credit, or accounting advice. Projections, simulations, financial health scores, reminders, budgets, and savings estimates are educational estimates based on your local data. You are responsible for decisions you make using the app.
Not a payment service
Money Talks does not process payments, hold money, transfer funds, custody assets, or connect friends to a payment network. Split, IOU, reimbursement, and payment-app-link features are tracking and sharing tools only.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or import, for reviewing automation suggestions, and for maintaining backups or recovery material. If you lose your device, vault key, recovery phrase, or backups, your local data may not be recoverable.
You agree not to use Money Talks for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or storing content you do not have the right to process.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchant recognition, OCR accuracy, calendar accuracy, or data recovery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a major version changes, Money Talks can ask you to review and accept the updated terms before continuing.
